By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing or using DocsValidate (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
DocsValidate provides an AI-powered document review platform that analyzes sets of export and trade documents — including but not limited to Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificates, and Certificates of Origin — and flags potential inconsistencies across them.

3.1 Nature of the Analysis. The validation output produced by DocsValidate is generated by artificial intelligence models that analyze the text and data extracted from your uploaded documents. This output is inherently probabilistic, not deterministic. It may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
3.2 Document Quality Limitations. The accuracy of our analysis depends entirely on the quality, legibility, and completeness of the documents you upload. We cannot be responsible for errors in the analysis that result from:

You may use up to 3 validations without registration. To access additional validations, you must create a free account. Paid subscription plans ("Professional" and "Enterprise") unlock higher monthly validation limits and additional features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscription limits reset monthly. Unused validations do not roll over to the next billing period.
When you upload documents, they are transmitted to our servers and to our AI processing providers for analysis. We do not permanently store the content of your documents beyond what is necessary to produce the analysis report during your session.
By uploading documents, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligations, applicable law, or third-party rights.
Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data (such as passport numbers, national IDs, or financial account details) beyond what is strictly required for the trade document itself.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
DocsValidate and all its underlying technology, design, software, prompts, and content are the intellectual property of DocsValidate and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the data within them. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (where applicable) via Stripe. All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion in cases of service outages attributable to DocsValidate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers via email.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for unused subscription time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ANALYSIS OUTPUT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCSVALIDATE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOCSVALIDATE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCSVALIDATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DocsValidate and its owners, operators, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
